fallout 4 improved map with visible roads

I've experimented with this mod in multiple positions in my load order as well. What it does is replace the original map with another that clearly shows roads, waterlines, etc. It wasn't until I started a new character that the mod worked. The mod, by NexusMods user mm137, is aptly named Improved Map with Visible Roads. What I do know is that waaaaaaay back, when I first installed it on a character mid-game, it didn't work. The Improved Map with Visible Roads mod handles this issue perfectly. If that doesn't help, I'm sorry, I might just be one of the lucky ones. posted in Fallout 4 Mod Requests: For the E and R default input when you highlight. (really you're supposed to enable one mod at a time, so my example may not be the best example, it's just what works for me) I also have all DLC's. I always start a new game with no mods enabled, except for the ones that require it (Unique Uniques) and right before exiting the vault I do the following: make a new save, quit, enable all my mods, load that save, make another new save, quit, restart Xbox, and finally load my save and begin playing. Just in case it helps someone else, this is my method: It does work for me though, I have no idea what it is that's different about my Fallout 4 installation or Xbox One, but I've had it working fine since it was released on. I just feel the need to pop in and remind people that the mod author states in his description that this mod doesn't work for everybody.
